About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Meta Ads & Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Ads Manager to lead and scale our digital advertising efforts.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-budget ad campaigns, with a monthly spend of around £250,000, across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok. This role is ideal for a performance-focused digital advertising professional ready to drive measurable results for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategise, Implement, and Manage High-Impact Campaigns
Design, launch, and optimise performance-driven Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns to meet conversion targets and exceed client expectations.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across platforms, leveraging AI-powered tools and industry insights to maximise ROI and ensure efficient ad spend.
Market and Audience Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and craft tailored, high-conversion advertising strategies.
Collaborate and Innovate with Creative Teams
Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling, on-brand ad content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Stay Ahead of Trends
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in social media advertising, Google PPC, and SEO best practices to ensure clients maintain a competitive edge.
Client Engagement and Reporting
Regularly report campaign results to clients, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive ongoing performance improvements.
Requirements
Proven Expertise in Large-Scale Digital Ad Management
Experience in handling monthly ad budgets around £250,000 across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a focus on international campaigns.
Deep Knowledge of Digital Advertising Tools and Techniques
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with AI-driven ad optimisation tools.
Analytical and Performance-Driven Mindset
Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to continuously improve campaign performance.
Excellent Client-Communication Skills
Comfortable interacting directly with clients to discuss strategies, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
Organised and Multitask-Oriented
Capable of managing multiple high-budget campaigns across platforms while ensuring each campaign aligns with strategic goals.
